All our items are inspected before shipment. If you notice any damage at the moment of delivery, please let us know within 48 hours after receiving the product (by sending an email to Sales@Nutrimaxpro.com, and our team will work on a replacement. You must include your order number, pictures of the damaged product and the package it was delivered in.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 7 days from the delivery day to reach out to us by email. You will be asked for your order number, your feedback and to ship back what is left from the product. Returned orders that are not received within 30 days of the original purchase will not be credited.
The customer paid for any shipping fee on all open-product returns: When you purchase our product, the shipping fee is on us, but if you return a product after it was open, you will need to cover the shipping fee. Once the product arrives back at our facilities, we will then finish the refund process in the original form of payment.
